Our Human Resources department has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team within the Food & Beverage portfolio on a 12 Month Contract.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager – Catering & Entertainment, Security & Surveillance you will be responsible for delivering an efficient, pro-active and customer focused Human Resource service to the Business Unit Managers and the Employee group.

This dynamic role in Operations will fast track your development; you will be involved in performance management, compliance, recognition programs, training, talent management and change management.

You will partner with business unit managers on various cases to confidently provide expert and clear advice across a broad range of Human Resources matters & strategically aligned projects.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role within a fast paced environment
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications within a Human Resources discipline (or working towards)
• Knowledge of Human Resource legislative and statutory requirements and principles
• A focus on delivering a high level of customer service and support to the business
• Exposure to analysing and reporting on Human Resources / Employee Relations data
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at varying levels of the organisation
• Ability and willingness to coach business unit managers through various situations
• Proficient in HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility towards working hours due to the food & beverage departments operating 24/7

Preferred Criteria

• Experience working within the hospitality industry
