About The Role

This role will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business through delivering high quality services to clients and candidates by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies within the Accounting and Finance space. Providing outstanding client service and quality, and commercial solutions to staffing requirements is key to this role.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop target accounts and industry sectors that are aligned in the sales strategy within Manpower
  • Build profile in local area to maximise business opportunities through effective networking
  • Assist team to ensure clients expectations are met in terms of service delivery, quality, responsiveness, price and customer service
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and business planning
  • Identify key candidates and implement appropriate methods to attract them
  • Build and maintain a pool of suitable candidates
  • Communicate recruitment time-frames, market trends and recommendations of recruitment strategy with clients
  • Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the candidate and the candidate to the client
  • Attract, screen, recruit and maintain candidate pool for all skill types
  • Manage end to end recruitment in accordance with targeted selection talent acquisition methodology
  • Use a wide range of information technology systems and software with proven ability to learn new systems with ease
