Working within the Human Resources department, this position will maintain the Institute Human Resources Learning Management System (HR LMS) and contribute to the implementation of the Institute professional development plan.

Importantly, this role will provide customer focused support to the management and staff of the Institute to ensure the delivery of high quality, best practice professional development services. Working closely with the Manager, Capability, this position will develop, implement, maintain and support a wide range of HR initiatives.

This role will suit a motivated professional with an understanding of current developments in Human Resource operations and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We will support you in your career growth by providing relevant Professional Development and career progression opportunities.

Salary:$61,078 to $66,317 p.a. (range dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 9.5% superannuation + leave loading.
Time Fraction: Full Time.
Location: Chadstone Campus.
Position Status: Contract of employment to 31 December 2021.
