Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

As the Human Resources Administrations Partner you will provide operational related support to all employees, peers and Business Unit HR Partners in Australia.

JOB DUTIES:

You would be responsible for executing agreed Shared Services HR related activities, whilst working with a remote team. You would be expected to perform multiple operational HR activities.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to;

  • Manage Time off and Leave of Absence administration as the Absence Partner for Australia.
  • Support HR Administration and compliance related activities that could include, Government reporting (WGEA), preparing and sending out of variation letters and or other contract related documentation and providing support for HR audits.
  • Responsible for Exit administration including the Termination documentation, exit preparation/communications and exit interviews.
  • Support agreed activities for Total Rewards administration
  • Work with the local BU HR and COE on local HR initiatives as needed.
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives including identifying and executing the movement of work coming into shared services and moving work through the Tiers to the lowest cost solution
  • Actively participate in the Standard Work Audit and Development process
  • Track and report metrics for Human Resource functions and provide data to management.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
  • One to two years of progressive HR job related experience.
  • Good understanding of various human resources policies and procedures and regulations.
  • Comfortable to work independently, prioritize and organize work that is primarily related to HR Administration.
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to work well with stakeholders across all verticals of the organisation
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
