Greenlight are looking for a Learning Change Consultant role for an 12 months fixed term contract.
As a Learning and Change Consultant you will use your learning content, Change and program management skills to support by delivering a simple and consistent experience in the way employees ‘access and consume Learning related programs and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing learning content & activities to meet the needs of the business.
- Planning and managing the implementation of learning initiatives which are cost effective, timely and meet agreed quality standards.
- Evaluating the success of learning initiatives against performance measures and suggest improvements if required.
- Reviewing and maintaining learning materials and processes to ensure that the most current, cost effective and relevant learning catalogue is accessible.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment and change readiness assessments.
- Providing communications, stakeholder engagement and change expertise to the projects and initiatives to develop project and program communication and engagement plans.
Skills required:
- 7+ years of experience as a Learning Specialist/Consultant
- 5+ years of experience working in Change Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and Program Management
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
