JOB DESCRIPTION
Greenlight are looking for an HR advisor for an initial 12-month contract. You will be responsible in supporting the organisation’s leaders and employees in a specialist area of HR. You will be working closely with the business in supporting HR and people related matters. Your knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment obligations are an integral contributor to support the business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of Employee Relations initiatives and programs to achieve the business’ people strategies.
- Providing advice to people leaders to support management of employee issues, including conduct management, workplace investigations, performance management, employee health and absence issues; and discrimination, bullying and harassment, matters.
- Managing high risk and complex employee matters including: Whistleblower investigations, internal dispute resolution and redundancy appeals.
- Advising on HR issues with deep understanding and knowledge HR policies and procedures legislation.
- Representing the organization in external matters at the Fair Work Commission and tribunals
- Supporting the people stream in mergers, acquisitions and divestments, from deal inception to due diligence, completion and integration.
Skills required:
- 7+ years of experience as an HR advisor
- Experience working in HR in Employment and Industrial Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
