With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and the UK, we have rapidly grown our amazing team fourfold in the past 10 months and we are now seeking a Senior People Partner to be part of a close knit HR team which are critical to the continual expansion of our scale up by supporting the Head of People and Organisational Development to drive, create and scale our best practice people processes, tools, data and systems.

Your Remit

This Will Enable You To

Ideally you will have strong generalist HR background with a passion for HR Systems and processes.

  • Implement a HRIS system: Conduct a functional business analysis of requirements, recommend a HRIS, implement and roll out to the business.
  • People Partner: Be a Partner to our Managers in a HR Generalist capacity
  • People Programs: Work with the Head of People & OD to both support and develop our People management programs and convert them online. i.e. Performance and Development Planning.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist with the creation and maintenance of our HR Policies and procedures and onboarding tools.


Your Talents

You will be an advocate for strong people management processes and change management and you will posses the following:
  • 5-10 years generalist people / HR experience
  • Strong HRIS analysis and implementation experience
  • Job analysis experience
  • Best practices HR Processes experience
  • Basic employment relations knowledge and experience including modern award interpretation
  • Tech industry experience (bonus)
And of course passionate about the importance of Compono's culture as we scale rapidly. You will take the initiative and be able to pivot rapidly.
