As a Performance & Reward Manager in our People & Culture team your impact will be seen by:

  • Being a key player with developing and implementing reward initiatives consistent with PwC values and behaviours, and the new Total Reward Strategy
  • Leading activities pertaining to annual review including performance reviews, merit reviews and incentive payments. End to end project management including stakeholder management, engagement and comms
  • Supporting the business with solving important problems through data analysis and insight, ensuring remuneration decisions are made in accordance with Total Reward and internal framework and governance
  • Being a trusted advisor to the wider P&C team and the business leaders through your customer focused lens and helping the business solve the important problems
  • Supporting with the annual benefit plans through benchmarking and ensuring what we have is competitive and cost effective


About you

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and highly influential compensation and benefits professional. You will have strong experience in remuneration, analysis and project management. You will have demonstrable ability in driving change and experience within a matrix organisational structure. You will have strong analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to translate and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

You are technologically astute with proficiency in a range of HRIS (PwC uses Workday); with the ability to identify and drive improvements in our processes enabled through our technology. A growth mindset will be key in this role.

You are known for your outstanding interpersonal skills, resilience and agility. You will have a track record of being a trusted advisor and the ability to influence others, paired with a strong project management discipline.

You are collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative fast paced environment. You’re a problem solver by nature, and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
