The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, this role will establish and complete data and reports that ensure our team member information is provided securely to the correct channels. In this role you will partner closely with the Payroll, Reward Operations, People and Data insights teams to ensure benefits eligibility, equity ownership and compliance obligations are met. It is a critical role requiring attention to detail, high accuracy and confidentiality to ensure our team member experience is positive. 

Some responsibilities include: 

Managing Employee Equity allocation files, termination and administration files (for STI, DSTI, LTI, RSP and SPP plans and adhoc offers)
Ongoing market data maintenance and provision of employee data (new and terminated) to enable processing across other teams
Administration of Novated Leases and Tools of Trade
Reward Governance reporting and monitoring along with policy maintenance
Regular compliance and governance reporting

Skills & Qualifications

Data and acknowledgement systems management
Currently or previously worked in an environment where reports and data are required to be designed, extracted and presented in a matter that is digestible for the end-user
Experience working with large, diverse and abstract data sets
Experience with employee equity, people and employee data is considered favourable
Customer-first mindset, ensuring you maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times
