BresicWhitney's Vision is to transform the Contemporary Real Estate Experience, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team. Here you will have the opportunity to develop the talent strategy as well as using your extensive hands on experience to attract and engage great talent for the business.

The role

Responsible for all things talent, we are looking for a self-driven individual who loves what they do, so they can take charge of identifying talent. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand the market, our vision, values and Group Strategy you will have the ability to redefine and drive a talent and recruitment strategy that provides best in class talent experiences to both our talent internally and those looking to come on board.

  • Champion and implement innovative sourcing and selection methods, leveraging our Employer Brand, and develop an active pipeline of top talent
  • Proactively promote the brand, network and build key partnerships to source talent from both the active and passive market
  • Source and engage top talent from both within and outside of the industry
  • Oversee and proactively manage the talent strategy to ensure a sustainable and high performing business
  • Provide a first class hiring experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates, always considering the candidates journey and the employer brand
  • Consult and work collaboratively with the leadership team on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
  • Define and promote the BW Employment Value Proposition

  • Brilliant at delivering and sourcing talent, getting things done, and balancing this with purpose and strategic thinking to implement and execute initiatives to plan
  • Proven experience delivering successful and innovative sourcing solutions

  • A team player with outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple people, projects and initiatives
  • Experience delivering talent, development and succession planning programs
  • Professionalism, business acumen, resilience & tenacity and a sense of urgency
  • The ability to assess, evaluate, identify, and engage talent
