We currently have a Talent Advisor role in Sydney with our RPO client, Honeywell! A global Fortune 100 technology company, Honeywell helps aircraft, buildings, manufacturing plants, supply chains and workers become more connected. We are looking for a talented and energetic recruiter to represent the Korn Ferry RPO, based onsite with Honeywell in Sydney.

About you

You will be a skilled recruiter who has delivered talent acquisition across fast-paced, dynamic organisations, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, technology or industrial organisations. Proactive and solutions-focused, with the autonomy befitting a sole recruiter representing Korn Ferry and Honeywell for the region, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and pace. In addition, you will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability in partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
  • Experience leading diversity projects and initiatives
  • Have a strong consultative nature and customer-centric approach
  • Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
