Your new role
Due to an internal transfer, a need has arisen for a Manager of Employee Relations to join the organisation on an initial 6-month period, with potential for extension. This role will manage a team of 3 and report into the Head of HR.

What you'll need to succeed

• Highly experienced in employee relations, with the ability to manage complex cases end to end
• Exposure to union negotiations, EBA preparations
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to develop trusting relationships across the organisation
• The ability to manage a small team and provide coaching and support
• Education or Government ER/IR experience highly desirable

• Report directly to the Head of HR in an exciting period of transformation for the education sector
• Work with a large and supportive HR team in Victoria
• Management/leadership opportunity for an aspiring ER Specialist wanting to take the next step
