Manager, Employee Relations in the education sector. 6 month contract with potential of extension.
Your new company
This well-known education provider is a long-term client of Hays Human Resources.
Your new role
Due to an internal transfer, a need has arisen for a Manager of Employee Relations to join the organisation on an initial 6-month period, with potential for extension. This role will manage a team of 3 and report into the Head of HR.
What you'll need to succeed
- Highly experienced in employee relations, with the ability to manage complex cases end to end
- Exposure to union negotiations, EBA preparations
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to develop trusting relationships across the organisation
- The ability to manage a small team and provide coaching and support
- Education or Government ER/IR experience highly desirable
