ABOUT THE ROLE
As the QSE Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of dedicated safety programs through the application of the Safety Management System. To achieve this, you will ensure consistency and quality of execution in the conduct of risk assessments, audits and verification, investigations, and corrective actions to ensure continual improvement of safety performance. 

Key activities will include:

• To ensure QSE processes are compliant relevant legislation and certifications requirements;
• To endorse QSE policies, process and procedures and ensure that they are effectively implemented, monitored and measured across the business 
• Escalate to Senior Management any risks that fall within or exceed risk tolerance 
• Provide accurate and timely performance reports to the board. 
• Provide specialist knowledge and advice to Senior Management, QSE team members directly reporting into this role, and the broader business

ABOUT YOU
You will possess a strong systems backgroundwith change management capability, be able to influence through others and enable accountability and ownership at the front line.

• 10 years related industry QSE experience with at least 5 years in management roles;
• Minimum - Diploma in Work Health and Safety 
• ICAM Investigation Training 
• Lead Auditor Training 
• Risk Management 
• Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems
