Job Description

The Recruitment Marketing Manager, IGNITE is responsible for executing and aligning the execution of IGNITE activities and products across APAC. This role will partner closely with the client program leaders on promoting, defining, requirements gathering, planning, organizing, and execution of IGNITE projects to meet account-level business objectives and differentiators as it relates to IGNITE.

As a Recruitment Marketing Manager within the IGNITE group of Customer Enablement, you should be passionate and capable of creating an extraordinary experience that aligns with the client and AGS Values for all stakeholders of our services.

This role will be responsible for ensuring impactful development and delivery of IGNITE products to our operational RPO/MSP teams and their end clients.

What is IGNITE? These exciting products include Recruitment Marketing, Strategic Sourcing & Media, Diversity Talent Attraction, and Creative Digital Production.


  • Provide strategic consultancy of IGNITE service deliverables to MSP/RPO operations leaders to support their program/account's success and delivery differentiators
  • Consistently develops proof points as a result of the services executed in a program
  • Coordinate all activities within a program to ensure IGNITE services progress on schedule, within budget while delivering business value
  • Manage Multiple Marketing, Content, Technology Vendor Relationships
  • Help to maintain consistent message delivered internally and externally in the region ensuring client brand consistencies
  • Develop the execution strategy of regional creative and strategic branding concepts
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor
  • Ensure all supporting collateral is relevant and professionally produced
  • Leverage creativity to drive innovative content on relevant thought leadership topics
  • Ensure IGNITE best practices and capture deliverables by understanding and balancing the competing demands with other program activities and initiatives
  • Manage the involvement of team members across all areas of the GBS, Operations, and external delivery partners/vendors.
  • Provide status updates; provides consistent and clear communication about program deliverables to the Executive, IGNITE, and other executive leadership as required.
  • Provides consultative talent advisement to recruitment teams to assist with the custom development and implementation of IGNITE products
  • Facilitate and/or participate in client meetings where IGNITE products and solutions are investigated to meet their business needs.
  • Assist in employer branding projects by turning creative briefs into creative deliverables such as video scripts, client branding documents, landing page, and career site copy and social media content.
  • Performs QA on outgoing documents and presentations to client


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant technical or business work experience, especially in the recruitment operations space.
  • 3-5 years of delivering products that enable recruitment efforts through branding, social media, diversity and/or creative content
  • Skilled at communicating (oral/written) effectively with peer group, middle and senior management in all areas of the enterprise, including vendors, external agencies and partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills a must, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences
  • Enjoyment around innovating and learning new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively in order to influence and shape business decisions for clients
  • Ability to perform independently and within a team environment
  • Skilled at working successfully with people, leading teams and coordinating project activities
  • Ability to analyze and change existing processes to reduce process time and resources to improve organizational impact
  • Ability to develop strategic sourcing strategies through Boolean logic, social media outlets, pipelining activities, groups and associations, and various sourcing channels
  • Flexibility to travel depending on customer needs (current climate permitting)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
