POSITION

This position has been created due to growth and will play a key part in the development of the business; this role is a support position that will involve the following:
  • Advertising available job vacancies on Job Boards & Social Media Platforms.
  • Conduct group interviews and schedule meetings
  • Interview candidates and deliver an exceptional experience for them.
  • Managing the entire shortlisting and interviewing process to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Sustain relationships with candidates post-placement.
  • Attend industry events and webinars.
PERSON

The ideal person for this position will have 1 – 3 years of customer service experience and be passionate about the industry and their career. We are a growing business and looking for keen, fearless people who get excited about scaling a business, this opportunity is perfectly suited for anyone looking to take that next step in their career.
