As a trusted partner, you will be connecting with our key stakeholders to identify learning needs and work collaboratively to ensure all learning needs are fulfilled for our team members. The role will involve regular facilitation and delivery of designed content.

Located in our Eight Mile Plains head office, this role will see you support our new and existing team members by delivering national learning initiatives and solutions that meet our current and future capability needs including our on-boarding learning pathways for new team members along with a catalogue of relevant specific learning programs across key subject areas.

Our approach is blended so you will be comfortable with facilitation both virtually (ILT) and in Face to Face (F2F) formats to maximise learning for our team members across Australia.

The opportunity

  • Partner with Managers and key stakeholders to offer advice and guidance on learning development needs
  • Engage with our team members in the facilitation of interactive blended learning solutions
  • Work within a framework of continuous improvement, utilising appropriate learning evaluation tools
  • Build the capability of our MAX team so they can effectively translate their learning and achieve results for our customers
  • Contribute to learning delivery project planning meetings to ensure our national learning schedule is managed and time frames met

About you

  • You are a driven, supportive, and motivated person, who wants to play an active role in further developing our teams through learning
  • You have exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills with an ability to remain agile and flexible in the face of changing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • You can demonstrate the ability to plan, schedule and coordinate learning events and related logistics
  • You have experience in utilising an LMS to review and monitor learning events and programs, including troubleshooting learner issues as they arise
  • Exposure to jobactive and Disability Employment Services contracts is preferred
  • Experience in e-learning development preferred but not essential
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40116
