About the Role:
We now offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team in Perth, WA. This is not an entry level position, the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, understand mining and civil compliance expectations, understand the on hiring process, and have a strong background in Recruitment or Human resources. Entry level and overseas applicants need not apply.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management

Deliver bulk recruitment projects

Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including; talent database searches (Bond Adapt) in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet searches

Provide exceptional customer service to external clients

Consistent contact with client and candidates and management of both throughout recruitment cycle, especially during the interview process

Maintaining accurate records of all correspondence with clients & candidates in CRM system

Identify sales leads with clients for additional recruitment opportunities to assist in the growth of readi

To be successful you will:
Display a track record of successful planning and execution to succeed in a competitive industry and overcome various business challenges

Have a high level of customer service, communication and administration skills

Have well-developed organisational and prioritising skills will see you succeed in this role

Ability to cold call and account manage clients

Be driven to learn, to develop and to achieve

Follow company policy, procedures and compliance

Excellent attention to detail

Team player and willing to help other states within the readi team

Previous experience with CRM systems

Understand the importance to follow strict on hiring processes
