With an effective partnership approach Pinpoint looks to ensure customers maximise the value their HR function adds to the wider organisation, by taking into account the future state for HR, it's users adoption to these changes and aligning that to the relevant HR Tech platform.

Our Ceridian Practice is one of the most exciting technology practices in Australia. Although a new product to the Australian market Pinpoint HRM are the implementation partner of choice. Due to how new this product is we are looking for skilled WFM Specialists with experience using and implementing WFM or Payroll solutions end to end (Kronos, ADP, Deputy ETC). This role would be perfect for someone looking to break into the consulting world! As the HRM Dayforce Consultant in the Ceridian team you will be be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testing
  • Provide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
  • Assist clients in fully integrating the DayForce system into their existing business environments
  • Advise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Be the DayForce HRM SME and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
  • Very efficient with time management and timely reporting progress to higher ups
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering DayForce solutions
  • Closely work with Our Client delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budget

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of either WFM or Payroll system and Implementation experience
  • Prior experience leading discovery workshops and requirement elicitation
  • Great stakeholder and communication skills
  • A team player who wants to collaborate, upskill themselves and those around them
  • A passion for learning new skills
