  • As a consultant within our Melbourne Civil Perm team, you will have the opportunity to work in both a client facing and talent sourcing role. This means a mix of time on the road meeting with existing and potential accounts, as well as cultivating a pool of quality trades that you can call on at short notice.

What you will need..
  • A high level of intrinsic drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive industry
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that will see you create and capitalise on opportunities to build key industry relationships
  • An ability to quickly build rapport, communicate value and win new business
  • Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role, working to set targets
  • An inquisitive nature required to understand the nuances of a niche market that may be currently be unfamiliar to you (don't stress, we do provide thorough training on this!)
