What we are looking for

As our Project Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risk plus leading project-based compliance requirements and change across People and Performance.

The Project Consultant will execute against projects as an individual or as a leader of other resources as appropriate, focusing primarily on larger, more complex projects.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Identify, assess, plan a response to and monitor People based risks
  • Progress and support risk and compliance-based initiatives already underway
  • Work with the ER Team to ensure HR processes, procedures, systems, documentation and 3rd party contracts are compliant
  • Keep up to date with local and global regulatory change within the People space
  • Implement and lead any local and global regulatory changes across the business
  • Work through sophisticated processes and/or regulatory obligations to identify risks and controls
  • Working with partners to assess risks and build comprehensive project plans
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A strong HR Generalist, Employee Relations or Risk background (audit and analytical experience advantageous)
  • Previous HR experience or exposure to providing risk advice to HR teams
  • Ability to interpret policies and practices and assess accordingly
  • Ability to lead and facilitate working groups and solution-based discussions
  • Able to present data and provide status updates to varying partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
