Full Job Description
Fixed Term to Permanent
Renewables Sector
Immediate Start

Another exciting role has been registered with TEN Recruitment. A loyal client of ours who works within the renewables sector have ask TEN to source a Recruitment Coordinator to assist with the mobilisation of new projects which are coming online.

Your duties would be :
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple lines of projects in Australia
Provide resourcing support including job advertisement creation, candidate shortlisting, phone screening, interview scheduling and conducting reference checks.
Occasional travel to interstate site locations may be required.
Coordinate and monitor the on-boarding of new employees
Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
Ordering and distribution of PPE.
Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client
Booking flights and accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
Assisting with the management of all employee training records.
Store project data through the project life cycle to ensure all data is safe and secured to hand over to operation at project completion.
Provide a quality assurance function to the team in terms of accuracy and company standards in relation to document management and control processes and systems.
Assist with quality assurance audits
Maintain the document control register and procedures.
Maintain a correspondence filing system.

Requirements & Experience required for his position

Previous exposure to fast paced high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
Prior experience with talent management/recruitment software Page Up (Preferred)
Previous experience in talent attraction and designing recruitment advertising
Ability to manage multiple conflicting projects
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment including admin duties
Document control experience
Experience dealing with multiple Enterprise Agreements is preferred.
Certificate or diploma of HR.

This role offers a 6 month fixed term contract with a view to move to a permanent position. Immediate start for the successful candidate.
