Our Client

Sat firmly within the banking sector, our client is based in the heart of the CBD and they’re currently seeking an interim HR Business Partner / Generalist to join their team with immediate effect.

Description

Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will Include, but not limited to;

Performance management and disciplinary matters
Generalist guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders
Review, maintain and update internal policies and procedures
Support the HR Manager with IR / ER escalation matters when required
Supporting the recruitment function on an adhoc basis
Coaching and supporting department managers through various processes
Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have;

Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability
Prior HR experience, ideally within a BP or Managerial capacity
Proven transactional HR Generalist experience and interest
Banking or Financial Services industry exposure preferred
