Learning Specialist

  • Deliver on the Learning & Development Strategy
  • Provide instructional design for learning interventions and performance tools
  • We embrace flexible working arrangements; base location and working schedule can be negotiated. Part time options also considered


The Opportunity

To help our teams across all our brands and support offices to integrate learning into our ways of working, we need the help of an experienced L&D professional. You’ll use your passion for learning to support the Head of Learning and Development and our Learning Partners to deliver on the Learning & Development Strategy. You are required to maintain and update current content so that it is always relevant to learners in the organisation as well as create frameworks and learning architecture to help support learning interventions

You’ll also;
  • Provide instructional design for learning interventions and performance tools including eLearning modules, digital performance tools, face to face workshops and other job performance aides
  • Support the design of programs in house or via external partners, identifying needs and solutions
  • Establish controls and measures to embed and track the effectiveness of learning/performance interventions
  • Measure progress and create insights about learners, teams and organisational capability gaps
  • Support the Learning & Development team with reporting and analytics
  • Ensure learning materials are completed within project timelines


Who are we looking for?

You’re the type of person who is technically strong in learning practices and solutions and is comfortable working at pace. You’ll also have;
  • Proven ability to manage projects and design effective performance solutions that are innovative and meet the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrated end to end experience in learning design, architecture, development, delivery and evaluation
  • The ability to design and develop rapid e-learning and digital performance solutions
  • Experience working with design thinking to identify solutions to business performance challenges
  • Proven experience in business partnering with the ability to build rapport and partner with key internal stakeholders and external providers
