Position overview

The Senior Services Consultant - Human Resources provides high-level support and advice to the Service Manager on all HR related aspects, including the development, design and implementation of College people management practices. The Senior Services Consultant - Human Resources assists the Services Manager (HR) in the management of complex HR issues and in the delivery of high quality, robust and flexible HR advisory services to the College community.

The Senior Services Consultant - Human Resources supervises, overseeing the day-to-day provision of high-quality, professional advice and support to the College community, building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and supporting the community to achieve excellence. The Senior Services Consultant - Human Resources assists the Services Manager (HR) in the development and sharing of knowledge at College level, liaison with HR Central and the HR processing team to deliver high quality HR data and reporting to the College community. The context of the role is to provide high quality advisory services to the College community and its stakeholders.
