Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Adelaide.

Your areas of responsibilities will include:
Work collaboratively with the Management team to support day to day HR operations
Implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Managing the recruitment and selection process, including employment contracts
Conducting onboarding and inductions for new staff and visitors
Developing and managing the graduate programs
Providing HR support to employees
Monitoring any staff training or certification required for compliance
HR support and advice to leaders and staff
Policy development and implementation
Assisting with remuneration structures including salary grading, incentives, staff benefits and leave entitlement by providing advisory on the latest legislation.
Identify areas for process improvement.

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the latest workplace legislation
Be looking to progress your career in Human Resources
Previous experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
Be a proactive individual with great time management skills
Previous experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
Be able to work full-time hours.
