HR Partner - Transformation

How will I help?

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background and recent organisation design experience to join the team. A strategic HR Business Partner, you will operate across a wide range of critical, medium, and large scale organisation design transformation and change initiatives within Westpac. You will work closely with key stakeholders in a fluid & agile environment, building specialist expertise in Transformational OD methodology. This position is a twelve month maximum term contract, with the opportunity to work both remotely and/or onsite.

What do I need?

We are looking for a mid to senior level HR Business Partner with the following skills & experience:

  • Experienced HR Generalist, with strong transformation & organisational design capability
  • Strong commercial acumen & continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working in complex organisations
  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strategic focus, with strong relationship building, stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Familiar with agile and lean work practices
  • HR project management experience is essential along with mastery in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint / Excel)
  • Experience in Agile tools (eg. Microsoft Teams, Planner Board & Microsoft Whiteboard) are desirable
