Position summary
Our Asset Services business delivers asset management and precision maintenance solutions to clients in the oil and gas, power generation and industrial sectors. Asset Services is now seeking applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Manager People & Culture to lead a high performing HR team across several portfolios.

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, the successful candidate will have relevant heavy industry experience coupled with an inclusive and progressive approach, ensuring that a positive culture is championed, commercially sound solutions are developed, compliance and continuous improvement are implemented across the business.


  • Foster and maintain a collaborative, high-performing and client-oriented culture of continuous improvement to support delivery of strategic objectives
  • Lead a team of talented HR professionals to partner with Operations leaders to provide the full range of HR and IR support and advice
  • Monitor organisational culture and values and champion/role model positive behaviours
  • Lead the development of Sector IR/ER strategies in conjunction with IR specialists
  • Engage Operations leaders with delivery of HR/IR strategies and provide coaching to build operational leader capability and legal compliance
  • Provide support on industrial instrument interpretation, lead workplace investigations and lead input into work winning and contract mobilisations.
  • Collaborate with resourcing teams and Operations leaders to ensure resource demand and supply requirements are planned and delivered
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field
  • Post-Graduate qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations (beneficial) or equivalent management experience
  • Significant relevant human resources and industrial relations experience preferably in a heavy industry environment
  • In-depth industrial/ employee relations experience.
