Community Development / Social Performance Practitioners
Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday
FFI is seeking to develop green electricity, green hydrogen and green ammonia projects in Australia and around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, dynamic, global green energy business during its start-up phase.
FFI is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking Expressions of Interest from candidates with Social Performance and Community Development experience to fill positions in the short term and over the next six months.
Positions we are seeking to recruit for our global projects include:
- Community Advisors
- Indigenous Community Advisors
- Social Performance Specialists
- Stakeholder Engagement Advisors
- Experience in social impact assessments and social license to operate
- Community liaison, monitoring, reporting and communication.
- Delivery and governance of local level agreements and CSR programs
- Cultural heritage protection and management
- Economic displacement and resettlement
- Human rights due diligence
- interface with Indigenous and traditional owners
Desired experience includes:
- Tertiary Degree desirable
- Experience across Renewables, Oil and Gas, Marine/Ports, Large Civil Infrastructure, Mine project development and Heavy Construction is desirable
