The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to the Talent Acquisition team that covers Australia, Singapore and Denver; ensuring timely support and the onboarding and induction of employees into our organisation.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring we are attracting, hiring, and retaining the best possible talent for each of our job openings.

Success in this role will be determined by an ability to operationally manage the end to end recruitment process and fill our available jobs through the recruitment and onboarding/induction of exceptional employee

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition , the role will be responsible for:

    • Sourcing, advertising, selection support, face to face interviews, offer of employment and onboarding/induction of new employees
    • Co-ordinating all aspects of the recruitment process for a technology- based workforce i.e. phone screening, interview scheduling, reference checks etc;
    • Preparing for interview, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, and preparing job adverts
    • Establishing and maintaining a database of candidates, including establishing a pipeline of talent
    • Creating and managing virtual talent pools with the use of recruitment campaigns (job boards and social media) and employee referrals
    • Assistance with the coordination of employee attraction and retention campaigns
    • Co-ordinating and managing the on-boarding and induction processes for all new employees to support a positive employee experience
    • Partnering with internal stakeholders to attract and retain high calibre candidates
    • Maximising the capability that social media platforms provide to promote the organisation’s brand as an Employer of Choice
    • Assistance with reporting on key metrics

Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
    • 2+ years’ experience as a recruitment administrator or resource
    • Must be flexible and respond positively to demanding deadlines and priority changes
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confidential verbal communication, ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
    • High attention to detail, with excellent time management skills
    • Strong team player with a can-do attitude
    • Experience in the Technology sector is highly desirable
    • Experience with ATS (Lever preferred) or similar systems a key advantage
