About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator/HR Administrator will be responsible in assisting Arcare’s recruiting and Talent Acquisitions methods and strategies where needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports relating to compliance in collaboration with the HR Business Partner. In addition, providing support in attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet Arcare’s workforce needs and goals.

Responsibilities but not limited to;

  • Prepare HR metric data and operational reports;
  • Assist with and adhere to compliance;
  • Assist the Recruitment Coordinators where needed - write and Place jobs/ads on internal and external job boards such as JobAdder as required;
  • Set up interviews with qualified candidates and hiring managers where required;
  • Assists with referee and qualification checks using appropriate guides and databases;
  • Ensure Employee details and Employment records are complete and up to date including monitoring of credentialing, police checks and evidence of right to work obligations;
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality with respect to the handling of sensitive information of Employees and organisational outcomes; and
  • Assist with preparation of employment contracts and correspondence to team member where required.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in HR Recruitment/Administrator role;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite/Excel spreadsheets, HR databases and/or candidate management systems including recruitment programs such as JobAdder (highly desirable);
  • Experience building rapport and relationships with stakeholders;
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritise;
