JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Organisational Capability Manager and you will work across all levels in the organisation with a wide variety of stakeholders, with both a blue collar and white-collar workforce.

About the role
Multiple positions available, we are currently recruiting for three (3) Learning & Organisational Development Business Partners to join the People & Culture Team. Our team have been through a period of change and are now working on designing and delivering a suite of L&OD initiatives across the organisation. It’s an exciting time to join the team!


You will actively own and be responsible for your programs and activities which will include scoping, research, analysis, design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of these initiatives. You will partner and consult with the L&OD team and the P&C Business Partners for all initiatives you own.


About the person
To be successful, you will be degree qualified, or working towards this, in Adult Education or similar. You will bring at least 5 years’ experience in an L&OD function and can demonstrate your skills in designing, delivering and implementing initiatives such as capability frameworks, talent management, engagement & culture programs whilst ensuring you bring the organisation and your P&C team on the journey.


Additionally, you can demonstrate your excellent communication skills with stakeholders, both internal and external and at all levels of our organisation.

What’s on offer
