Talent Solutions is looking for a Contingent Business Partner to join this fast pace high performing team working on site with our client located in Sydney.

As the Contingent Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner with deep expertise, you will also be consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, supplier management whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

As a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a true relationship manager responsible for the day to day operational activities relating to the recruitment of contractors including but not limited to requisition management, sourcing, selection and on going stakeholder management
  • Work with clients to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies.
  • Resource planning for upcoming work peeks and assisting clients to manage existing workforce resources to effectively complete work. 
  • Requisition Management, Taleo maintenance, Conduct Job Brief, Supplier Liaison/ management, Candidate Selection Management, Resume review/Screening, Assist with Interview scheduling, Present Verbal Offer, Ensure all relevant information is passed onto Workforce specialist for onboarding of successful candidates

What are we looking for in you?

  • Previous recruitment experience and/or candidate management within MSP
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and detail
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high transactional volume environment
  • Ability to be hands on with a flexible approach to working in fast paced changing environments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and positively influence and engage staff at all levels
  • A driven, passionate & collaborative approach and a desire to succeed in a business that values high performance, accountability & challenging the status quo
  • Strong decision making skills and an ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations where needed
