Resource and Workforce Manager, Transformation Office, Financial Crimes, Compliance & Conduct

How will I help?

Working closely with the Delivery Leads and the Senior Leadership team across the Transformation Office, Financial Crimes, Compliance & Conduct you will manage all the Resource and Workforce requirements to support a fast paced and growing Project and Program division.

Using your ability to build strong networks and relationships you will:

  • Work on forecasting future resource requirements in line with Project and Portfolio Plans
  • Work with the Recruitment team and partners on Talent Acquisition and our HR team
  • Onboard new team members and maintain the relevant systems and tools to support this
  • Provide resource reporting and strategic insights to Senior Leadership to increase workforce performance
  • Provide support to General Manager and leadership team to ensure processes are adhered to at all times

Pivotal to this is the provision of SME across HR systems, recruitment processes and compliance to ensure hiring plans are managed in line with business requirements and project/program timeframes.

What do I need?

You will have strong experience in Resource Management, Recruitment, or Human Resources, ideally in a project environment for a large complex organisation. With your background in resource planning, you will have a proven track record in supporting leaders and staff at all levels, ensuring the projects and programs are resourced to the correct levels to deliver to time and budget.

With the ability to use a range of software programs you take pride the delivery of high-level results, have a proactive approach to self-directed learning and passion working with teams to commercial outcomes.

Experience in a Project Management/AGILE work environment would be highly advantageous.
