HR Change Partner - Max Term Contract

How will I help?

We have opportunities for capable HR generalists with change management experience to join our Specialist Businesses HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR M&A, you will play a key role in delivering large scale change initiatives to support the strategic review of specialist businesses, including transaction and separation activity. Leading change work across the businesses, this position will focus on significant people and organisation change projects, preparing for divestment activity and working through the people components of the change lifecycle.

These positions are being offered as 12 month max term contracts.

What do I need?

  • HR generalist with business partnering and change management experience
  • Experience working in complex organisations and operating in a fluid and agile environment
  • Experience in people and organisational change programs
  • Strong commercial acumen and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and excellent attention to detail
  • M&A experience preferred but not essential
