ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Internal Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with the People & Culture Team and other key stakeholders across all our enterprises to recruit values aligned employees into our workforce. This will be a busy and varied role, recruiting for a variety of positions. Your day to day will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including attraction and sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing and providing candidate feedback.
- Working through open vacancies with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the position and agree the recruitment strategy.
- Collaborating with the People & Culture team and leaders across the business to create attraction strategies for a wide range of different roles.
- Utilising different recruitment channels to undertake proactive sourcing of qualified candidates for current open or planned positions with the intention of building a strong talent pipeline and hiring the highest quality candidates.
- Effective use of technology to manage applicants through the process.
- Partnering with the HR team to design and deliver on wider talent strategies.
- Providing advice and guidance to leaders on recruitment best practice.
