About the Role 

The HR team is highly engaged within the organisation, ensuring that talent, culture and engagement, employee development and recruitment services are delivered efficiently. 

Reporting to an HR Manager with a wealth of experience and highly valued from leaders across the business, the day-to-day responsibilities of the role are as follows:


  • Partner with leaders and business managers to provide key operational and strategic HR support. 
  • Providing ER advice and support whilst ensuring relevant legislation, agreements and policies are complied with. 
  • Implementation of any HR | People related programs and initiatives in partnership with other HR disciplines. 
  • Building organisational capability through coaching and developing leaders and teams to drive a high-performance culture and manage organisational change. 
  • Monitoring People KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve organisational targets. 
  • Workforce planning and talent management processes. 
  • Providing advice to Leaders and business managers on strategic sourcing and selection. 


Skills and Qualifications 

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field. 
  • Solid experience as an HRBP working across the full employment lifecycle. 
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and its application along with experience in ER. 
  • Proven experience and ability to coach and support leaders. 
  • Experience in organisation development and culture. 
  • The ability to think critically and propose practical solutions.
