About the role:

We are looking for an efficient administrator with experience to support and be part of our a high performing, dynamic & energetic team! Experience in a recruitment environment would be an advantage.

What you can expect in this role:

  • Receptionist duties as required
  • Assist with data entry and updating into recruitment data base
  • Assist with reference checking of candidates
  • Scanning of candidate information
  • Assist with reviewing resumes and screening candidates for interviews
  • General Admin duties such as emailing / filing / document preparation
  • General office duties as needed

About You:

  • Good personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive 'and flexible can do' work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and take instruction
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Strong customer service focus 
  • Time management skills
  • Good typing speed and strong computer literacy in MS Word / Excel and Outlook
  • An interest in a career in Human Resources / Recruitment
  • A good sense of humour
