Are you looking for an entry level HR position? We are looking for an HR Coordinator with excellent attention to detail and knowledge of HR processes to join this global engineering firm. Reporting to the HRM, this is a fabulous development opportunity for someone who wants to further their HR experience. 


You will need to bring to this role:

  • Prior experience in HR/payroll administration role supporting a busy team
  • Strong sense of prioritisation and time management
  • A sense of curiosity and ability to problem solve
  • Exposure to payroll processes ideally with awards and rostering systems
  • Strong process orientation and analytical skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volume competing deadlines

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the HR team with a range of HR admin including recruitment, payroll, onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities
  • End-to-end payroll administration
  • Timely generation of employment letters and contracts, ensuring compliance and a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and relevancy of HR data
  • Preparation of reports and assistance in other HR projects
