We are seeking a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist with experience in bulk recruitment and Assessment Centre facilitation for a full time permanent position. Working within a team based in Sandgate but also supporting a wider team nationally, you will be part of People & Culture. The People & Culture team comprises of experienced specialists in their chosen field. As caretakers of the Regis Way we are a positive, enthusiastic and friendly group who anticipate and meet the pace and needs of our business and are known for providing timely, credible and contemporary support.

Role

• End to end recruitment of our facility based roles - including bulk recruitment and Assessment Centre facilitation
• Providing high quality customer service to our candidates - hands on recruitment process
• Establish strong business partner relationships with your hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
• Issue contracts accurately and in a timely manner

About You

• Experienced Recruitment professional (either Internal or Agency)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (accuracy)
• Highly organized, and can manage competing requests
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Enjoy working fast paced, high volume with attention to detail and respect for compliance
• Team Player
• Experience in Health Care or the ability and willingness to learn new a industry
