The opportunity

We are looking for candidates who have some experience in sales and are now looking to step up their career within a professional environment and progressive career opportunity. We want candidates who have 24 months sales experience (recruitment experience is a bonus) but bottom line is that you are seeking to develop & hone this experience within a professional work environment.

In this role, you will start as a Junior Hospitality Recruiter working alongside the Manager/Director. Our experience informs us that the best way to learn, is on the job and so you will assist the Senior staff, attend their client’s meetings and help resource their roles. As your confidence grows, you will begin to grow your desk and your network, but quite realistically your world is actually your oyster in this growing company.

Some of the duties include but are not limited to;

· Managing candidate relationships & operating our bespoke CRM

· Receiving general inquiries regarding employment opportunities

· Generating contracts and extension letters

· Arranging transport to new jobs

· Maintaining job files for QA purposes

· Reference Checking

· Assisting Directors with general administration duties

· Searching database for suitable applicants for positions

About you

If you do not have recruitment experience, then 1-2 years of sales experience is essential

  • You are humble, driven to be successful and most definitely a team player
  • Work with pace and enjoy getting stuck in at work
