We're partnering with an organisation focussing on maintaining the health and wellbeing of the community. Currently experiencing incredible growth with the development of new sites, the business are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the team.

Within an already well-established business, this role will focus on the continuous development of the TA function by ensuring high levels of innovation implemented and best practice in place.

Reporting to the GM of HR, some of the main responsibilities of this role will include:

Managing the end to end recruitment processes across a broad range of roles within the business. This includes posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, assisting with interviewing, reference checking, making offers and onboarding new starters.
Partnering with hiring managers and the broader HR team to understand upcoming needs within the business, including workforce planning and succession planning.
Building strong internal stakeholder relationships to understand hiring needs as well as support line managers through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary.
Assessing current platforms (including systems and LinkedIn Recruiter) to ensure the team have the tools required to be successful.
Building relationships with external associations to create long-lasting partnerships and build talent pipelining.
Partnering with line managers to identify hiring needs and consult on talent solutions, taking an active role in understanding the different areas of the business.
Proactive talent pooling, taking the initiative to strategically source and actively search for hard to find talent.
Projects including company EVP, process improvement, and improving ways of working.
To be successful in this role, we ask you to have;

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior leadership on staffing and hiring decisions.
Previous experience in process improvement or in building TA frameworks is highly desirable.
