Adecco is excited to be partnering with a global business that assists in providing contact solutions. Their office on the Southside of the beautiful Gold Coast is looking to hire a Human Resources Advisor to join their HR Team.

Client Details

This globally connected company work across 20 countries in over 60 offices and has offices around Australia. Highly successful in connecting business to customers, they engage in a variety of industries from healthcare, to big banks and technology companies.

Providing a successful internal HR service to their internal teams is at the heart of what they do well and this is then envisaged in the employees working on the ground with their clients.

Description

The HR Team are looking to hire a HR Advisor to join their team, working out of their Gold Coast office. The role is responsible for managing and delivering HR initiatives for the business.

Some of the duties you would be responsible for include:-

  • Provide advice and support to all managers and employees on HR and IR related issues and projects
  • Recruitment process of employees to include interviewing, making offers and hiring
  • Induction and training of company policies and processes
  • Developing HR initiatives and projects seeing them through to fruition
  • Using a HRIS system successfully, liaising with HR Shared services and payroll teams
  • Grievance management and investigation
  • Performance management
  • Leading and engaging in committee meetings for various initiatives of the business
  • Organisational development
  • Interpret employment law, provide advice around work health and safety and other relevant legislation, applying to varying scenarios
  • Roll out new policies and develop a positive company culture
  • Assist in the production of letters, contracts and HR documents

The role is a full-time permanent role and the salary will be dependant on experience levels.

Profile

To be successfully considered for this exciting and varied role you will have:-

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, industrial relations or a relevant degree
  • A minimum of 2 years solid Human Resources or Industrial Relations experience from any commercial industry
  • Within a respectable travel radius from southside Gold Coast
  • A solid understanding of HR practices within a commercial business setting, along with management of confidential and important initiatives and projects

The role requires excellent communication and interpretation skills to provide the strongest HR advice and service to the business.
