This is a new role, so you need to be sufficiently qualified and experienced to ensure the smooth running of the HR function through constant and effective communication. You will be a proven relationship builder and knowledgeable on HR best practice so that you can effectively influence stakeholders. This role will suit someone who is looking for a fast-paced role, where they have the support of more senior managers.
