The Position:

Due to recent internal changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified professional to join their Melbourne HR team to support them in HRIS Success Factors Reporting and HR Generalist support.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of HRIS
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement areas for process improvement
  • Improve efficiency, professionalism and service standards of the People and Culture team
  • Periodic divisional reporting
  • Support in recruitment and onboarding
  • Other duties as required
The Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or HRM
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SuccessFactors
  • Strong project management experience in system implementation
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
