About This Opportunity

Through consultation with key HR stakeholders, our Principal Analysts, HR Business Systems, are key in delivering business improvements and system administration for all HR systems and processes, including the implementation of new initiatives, modules, and systems. It's key that the holder of this role uphold and promote sound cyber security practices, have a deep understanding of HR to deliver feasible solutions, and identify opportunities for development. This position is located at our Toowong Office, located 2km away from the main University Campus and just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre. 

Our Ideal Candidate

You'll be experienced in HR systems, including business analysis and stakeholder engagement, business process review and solutions design, and the training of system users. You'll be confident in testing and documenting new features, modules and applications, plus a strong tendency towards analytical and problem solving. You'll be confident engaging with interdisciplinary stakeholders, with a deep understanding of day to day HR functions, and skills in autonomous time management and incremental project management. Experience with Workday implementation will be highly regarded.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time, fixed term (exp. December 2023) position at HEW level 7.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $88,763 - $96,783, plus employer superannuation contributions of 17%. The total FTE remuneration package will be in the range $103,852 - $113,236 per annum.
