JOB DESCRIPTION

ASAP start 3 - 6 month contract for a HR People leader with a strong ER/IR background and experience working within large & complex organisations.

3 - 6 month interim contract leading a team of geographically dispersed HR Business Partners.

This ASX listed, multi-site organisation, based in North Sydney, is the leader in its field and has business operations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. With major transformation occurring across people, process, systems and products this is a great time to join the business. This is an interim role managing a team of geographically dispersed HR Business Partners.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Executive, People & Culture and leading a geographically dispersed team, your role will be to coach and guide the team as well as being involved in a number of interesting projects. You will assist some Enterprise Program development, specifically design of Talent Management review for this year, to kick off in May. You will also guide EBA negotiations and union engagement strategies.

About You
You pride yourself on your leadership skills and your ability to engage, coach and motivate teams through significant transformation. Your background working in customer orientated, multi-site environments is essential as are your relationship management skills and your positive, proactive approach and resilience.

You will have solid HR generalist experience and have exceptionally strong ER/IR background. This contract requires someone who can be a solid safe pair of hands and can act as a 2IC when required. You will bring good structure and discipline around practices and processes.
