JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client who is an outsourced service provider to a multi-site client is urgently seeking an Internal recruiter to join their team.


The role will be a combination of working from the office and working from home.


This is a fast-paced dynamic environment where you will need to think on your feet and simply thrive on having everything organised!!! As this is a standalone role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Posting ads, screening, interviewing, and conducting exit interviews
  • Develop and manage sourcing strategy and research strategy for hard to fill roles.
  • Taking Job briefs from hiring managers
  • Assisting with various recruitment strategies to ensure top talent is being attracted to the organisation.
  • Identify and develop a pool of talented employees.
  • Manage database of all applicants.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies when needed.


 To be successful, you will also demonstrate:


  • Previous resource management experience, preferably in a Health Services environment e.g., nurses etc
  • Must have volume recruitment experience.
  • Health and JobAdder (software) experience would be good but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to drive matters forward.
  • Highly organised and able to multitask.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.


 You must have a Police Check and Working with Children check or willing to get one for this role.
