This role manages the design and delivery of Learning for the Financial Advisory business within PwC - bringing a future-focused approach to learning to inspire, engage and enable world class skill, capability and growth in our people. This role focuses on using emerging learning technology and modern delivery methods, to create and guide learning that will drive continuous improvement and professional development skill uplift for all roles.

As a Learning Manager in our Financial Advisory team your impact will be seen by:

  • Overseeing the design and delivery of key technical and professional skills learning programs within the Financial Advisory business. You will be accountable for end to end program management - from stakeholder engagement, consultation and scoping, to design and implementation and evaluation of programs.
  • You will have ownership of one or more programs with a business specific curriculum, ensuring quality of program delivery through regular review of content to ensure it is fit for purpose,and evaluation of data related to learning programs.
  • Responsibilities would include (but not be limited to) securing and briefing facilitators, coordinating pre and post work, scheduling based on knowledge of business utilisation cycles, preparing program materials including facilitator guides, slide decks and case studies, budget management for those programs, vendor sourcing where appropriate and curation of learning resources
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders within the business to understand, prioritise, design and roll out learning initiatives in conjunction with the Learning Transformation Lead and Learning Senior Managers.


About you 

You havesignificant learning and development experience including design and implementation of L&D programs for complex organisations. You demonstrate knowledge in learning needs analysis, solution design and development, implementation, facilitation, embedding and evaluation to realise business impact. You will be highly resilient, flexible and can work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while managing conflicting priorities.

There will be 2 open positions for this role. We are hiring for a Permanent and a 12 months FTC Learning Managers.
