The opportunity

to support Enterprise Agreement negotiations.

  • This role is a Permanent Full-Time
  • What You’ll Need
    • Experience in a Human Relations advisory role (or similar role) where you have had experience developing effective strategies or solutions to address a range of human resources/employee relations matters.
    • Experience coaching and supporting managers to address performance and conduct issues, and applying the disciplinary process where required.
    • An understanding and working knowledge of employment legislation and interpreting Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards.
    • Experience advising and influencing line managers on HR/ER matters.
    • Experience representing an organisation at the Fair Work Commission and other employment related tribunals (desirable, but not a requirement).
    • The ability to travel throughout Western Australia when required (occasionally this may require overnight travel)
    • You must be comfortable working in a unionised environment.
    • A positive attitude and team focus.
    The Required Qualifications
    • A tertiary degree in Human Resources, Employment Relations or Industrial Relations or a Law degree.
