Description

You will have full responsibility for the following:-

• Sourcing of talent in high volume projects
• Update talent acquisition strategies through innovative solutions
• Assist with full screening, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates
• Assist with on-boarding
• Drive HR best practice on the execution of various types of employment contracts.You

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following experience:-

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in high volume blue collar recruitment either internal or agency based.
• Understanding of applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in creating innovative talent acquisition campaigns through various mediums and platforms.
• Sound understanding of Microsoft office suite of programs.
• A background or qualification in a Human Resource related discipline will be highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment law.
