Description
You will have full responsibility for the following:-
- Sourcing of talent in high volume projects
- Update talent acquisition strategies through innovative solutions
- Assist with full screening, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates
- Assist with on-boarding
- Drive HR best practice on the execution of various types of employment contracts.You
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following experience:-
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in high volume blue collar recruitment either internal or agency based.
- Understanding of applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in creating innovative talent acquisition campaigns through various mediums and platforms.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft office suite of programs.
- A background or qualification in a Human Resource related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment law.
